This is a guesthouse that started as a liquor store.Previously, the entrance to our property was from an alleyway between our neighbors, but now it faces the hot spring town.This guesthouse has been run by three generations in succession since the Showa era.It has been operating as a liquor store since the Meiji era and is now a one-of-a-kind establishment that also runs a liquor store where dogs can stay.

There is a liquor store on the first floor facing the hot spring town, and guests staying overnight can shop through a private interior door without having to go around from outside.
It is open from check-in until around 8:00 p.m., and opens from breakfast in the morning.
We have not only local sake, but also local beer, local shochu, and local whiskey.
We also have a wide selection of canned chuhai, canned beer, and bottled juice.
We also have snacks and cup noodles available for your use.

There is also a basement floor (when viewed from the river side, it is a three-story building).) has two rooms for dogs with separate entrances,
There are two private baths and a private sauna (for a fee).
On the second floor there are five guest rooms, separate toilets for men and women (equipped with washlets), two private sinks, and a smoking room.
Located in Kirikihira Shopping Street in the center of Shima Onsen, the hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing and close to the bus stop.
There is a free public car park below the hotel.

    You can pay later using the room name.
    We stock Gunma's local sake, craft beer, wine, and more.
    Of course, there is also a wide selection of canned beer, canned chuhai, and soft drinks chilled in the refrigerator.
    Recommended breweries are Tsuchida Sake Brewery, Nagai Sake Brewery, and Asama Sake Brewery.
    We also have seasonal local sake, happoshu, yogurt sake, and various kinds of Daiginjo.
    Available in a 180ml bottle at retail price.

  • Private open-air bath and indoor bath

    There are two private open-air baths and indoor baths.
    Each bath is equipped with an intercom, and you can enjoy draft beer, cold sake, or hot sake in the open-air baths.
    Please reserve the space for 30 minutes per group.
    The space can be locked from the inside for private use.
    If it's available, you can come in as many times as you like.
    When you lock the room, a light will come on in the guest room corridor (to the guest rooms on the third floor) so you know the room is reserved for you.

  • Dining

    Tables can be set up for up to four groups.
    The maximum number of guests is 6, but on days before holidays, 6 guests will be served in-room dining for an additional fee.
    Groups are limited to a maximum of 7 people.
    During meals, the room is separated on all four sides by screens to create a private space.
    There is a large TV installed, so you can enjoy your meal while watching the morning news program.
    Please get water from the complimentary server.
    The menu also includes draft beer, plum wine, cocktails, and more.

This facility has two indoor baths with private open-air baths.
Please lock the door before taking a bath.
The rental time is 30 minutes.
A light will come on in the electronic display board in the guest room corridor indicating that someone is taking a bath.
If the baths are available, you can take them as many times as you like!
