Cuisine

Homemade food at the guesthouse.
We offer home-cooked dishes using local vegetables and Joshu pork. It's quite filling, so you're sure to be full. For breakfast and dinner, rice is cooked individually in a single-serving rice cooker and served to you.
The pottery rainbow trout are farmed in the spring waters of Hakojima and sent directly to us every day.
We serve it on a bamboo skewer, grilled and served with the skewer on for easy eating.
The horse sashimi is sourced from Shinshu and is cut and served in the form of raw horse meat.
We try to serve our tempura freshly fried.
The rice used is "Koshihikari" brown rice, which is delivered directly from our facility's original location in Kakizaki Town, Niigata Prefecture, and is polished at our facility before being cooked in a single-person pot.
The food served here is typical of a guesthouse's home cooking, but with a focus on carefully selected ingredients.
I hope you enjoy it.
