Homemade food at the guesthouse.

We offer home-cooked dishes using local vegetables and Joshu pork.It's quite filling, so you're sure to be full.For breakfast and dinner, rice is cooked individually in a single-serving rice cooker and served to you.

The pottery rainbow trout are farmed in the spring waters of Hakojima and sent directly to us every day.
We serve it on a bamboo skewer, grilled and served with the skewer on for easy eating.
The horse sashimi is sourced from Shinshu and is cut and served in the form of raw horse meat.
We try to serve our tempura freshly fried.
The rice used is "Koshihikari" brown rice, which is delivered directly from our facility's original location in Kakizaki Town, Niigata Prefecture, and is polished at our facility before being cooked in a single-person pot.
The food served here is typical of a guesthouse's home cooking, but with a focus on carefully selected ingredients.

    The food is hearty and packed with mountain delicacies, including horse sashimi, freshly grilled salted river fish, hot pot (autumn/winter), and ceramic plate dishes (spring/summer).
    For drinks, you can enjoy a wide selection of local sake, wine, local beer, and more at retail prices, which is unique to a liquor store.(Large bottled beer only: 650 yen (tax included))
    The store's refrigerator is stocked with over 70 types of local sake.

    *The regular sashimi menu item at this facility is "horse sashimi."
    If you don't like it, you can change it to tuna sashimi.

    For such people, we have prepared 720ml of our recommended local sake and a hot sake warmer.
    【Joshu Beef steak】
    It is Joshu Beef sirloin or rib roast.
    Available in quantities of 200g or more.
    The freshly grilled food will be served generously on a hot plate.

      If you are leaving early in the morning for golf or other activities, you can change to a rice ball bento.
  • Dining

    Guests staying in the Japanese-style rooms on the 3rd floor will dine in the restaurant.
    A pellet stove runs during the colder months.
    There is also a heater under your feet.Fully equipped with air conditioning and heating.
    There are liquor stores side by side so you can shop and drink straight away.
    We also prepare and serve draft beer, original plum wine, highballs, lemon sours, cocktails, etc.
